Returns
We happily accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

Please note that any signs of damage will affect our guarantee. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of purchase.
Certain goods, such as intimate or sanitary products, are exempt from returns.
To initiate a return or an exchange, please contact Info@trendipets.com and provide your order confirmation email with the order number and reason of return. Our team will assist you based on the guidelines outlined on this page.
Return Shipping (if applicable)
You have 30 days to return your purchase. If the return is due to a quality issue or damage caused by us, we'll cover the shipping costs.
For all other returns, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. If your item is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.
Refunds (if applicable)
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to inform you. If your refund is approved, you'll have a credit for a new purchase in our store.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Damaged Items

Limitation on Non-Damaged Item Returns
